Mrs. Lucinda Oates-Wiley teaches in the Administrative Services II, Business Finance and Marketing Essentials. She joined the department in the Spring of 2007 and has been a welcomed addition. A graduate of North Carolina A & T State University and Wilmington University, she has worked as a Sales Manager for the Dudley Products company and as the chief financial officer for her family business, Wiley Enterprise.
